Yes — Emailingo sends from a domain you control. You add it in Settings → Domains, publish the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records we generate, and we verify automatically. We don't offer a shared "from" address; sending from your own verified domain is the whole point.

When a recipient hovers a link in your email, by default they see the platform's tracking host. With a custom tracking domain, you CNAME (e.g.) track.yourdomain.com to ours and the open pixel + click redirects use your hostname. Better placement signals, more trust at hover, and your domain reputation isn't pooled with everyone else's.

We notify you in-app at 80% of your plan's quota. If you hit 100%, additional sends queue until the next billing cycle resets — or until you upgrade. Your dashboard, contacts, and pre-flight checks keep working; only outbound delivery is paused.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep your data and access through it. We don't lock you in.

Emailingo stores your contact data in PostgreSQL with AES-256-GCM encryption at rest for sensitive fields, TLS in transit, and automated daily backups. You can export contacts and campaign reports to CSV at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

Newsletters and transactional-style campaigns to people who opted in. We enforce double opt-in flows and one-click unsubscribe headers per RFC 8058, and CAN-SPAM-required mailing addresses on every send. We don't support cold-emailing strangers — that's a fast way to lose your domain reputation regardless of platform.
